I have been keeping on track, mostly, with my food. Yay!
Confession: I listen to hypnosis before bed most nights. At the very least it helps with my meditation and relaxation to fall asleep fast!
Random ramblings:
It is dreary out. I have a birthday cake to create. This will take a large part of my day because I have no idea what I am doing. I would like to run more than a one and done today, but I am not so sure, my other half is already sleeping and that means no outside time for me unless I go later in the day. I will probably settle for that and half an hour on the spinbike while the children fight or play or both. Tomorrow I should be running 18 or 20 (2 weeks from half marathon that I wouldn't mind doing 'average' on) but run club is going for 12 at most, so I will do that and see if I add my own. It will be better than nothing. Because shortly after the run I do also have a birthday party to throw and I don't think I have time to actually do 18 or 20 before it. 2 weeks and I take a 'break' for a week or 2 *ahahaha break* and begin MARATHON training. I am not sure how I am going to do it. Runclub will be a full month ahead in their group because their marathon is a month before mine.... But I also know I do not want to train by myself on those long runs even if I am alone IN the group (probably far behind). So perhaps I will just fall into step with their program and try and fudge along for the 2 or 3 weeks after it ends.... I just don't want to feel over trained when I get to marathon day, I know I will be exhausted regardless. So many things, so little time!
